Just yourself, comfortable flexible clothing, a journal or note-taking device, and an open mind.
What if I have injuries/ limitations?
You are in the perfect place. Dr. Lynne will help you modify and work toward any yoga pose you desire.
What if I am a beginner, and have no experience with yoga?
Excellent: Dr. Lynne welcomes beginners and will start with important foundational concepts and hands-on adjustments to help initiate an experiential deep understanding.
