Timely video about immune support and optimization from Lynne.
This is a Therapist-run clinic, and we take the time to listen to your story. Lynne Carpenter is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, with over a decade of experience deciphering pain syndromes, teaching people connections between movement patterns and musculoskeletal health. She is dedicated to leading patients toward their goals. Lynne also utilizes Therapeutic Yoga, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, Trigger Point Dry Needling and natural therapeutics as needed to treat the whole person.
Dr. Lynne can lead you toward attaining your physical goals: Returning to the activities you love, avoiding surgery, getting off pain medication, helping you gain structural postural balance and stability to avoid future injuries.
With a treadmill on site, she does detailed gait analysis. This can help treat and prevent running injuries, improve walking gait, as well as to educate about footwear and in-the-shoe-orthoses.
All therapy performed personally one on one with Dr. Lynne. Experience the personalized hands-on difference. Dr. Lynne takes time to listen, ask questions, and teach with patience. Adjustments offered at every visit, for re-aligning the body and teaching awareness with muscle activation.
Lynne Carpenter enjoys helping people move and feel better. She is not only a Doctor of Physical Therapy, but also has 27 years experience in massage therapy and natural therapeutics. Her goal is to help you avoid unnecessary surgeries and get you back to doing what you love! Dr. Lynne is also a therapeutic yoga instructor, and incorporates her passion for yoga when patients desire.
"I found my way to Lynne by chance and it's changed everything. Lynne's knowledge of the body never ceases to amaze me. I came in with a lower back issue and over the few weeks I have been working with her my discomfort is almost all gone and my body feels more structurally sound than it ever has. I love how she incorporates both exercise and bodywork into each session. I think it has been the key to success. Lynne is kind, compassionate, caring and funny and I (and my body) have felt so much relief since working with her."
Dr Lynne is also a certified yoga teacher. She can help you create a home practice, personally designed for your body. She can teach you how to modify common yoga poses and transitions for safety and balance.

When should I arrive for the evaluation? Do I need to come early?
Answer: Your appointment time is the exact time we would appreciate you to arrive. You do not need to come early, and we will not keep you late. 1-1/2 hours is allotted for the first visit to include paperwork time.
Does River Light PT take my insurance?
