"I found my way to Lynne by chance and it's changed everything. Lynne's knowledge of the body never ceases to amaze me. I came in with a lower back issue and over the few weeks I have been working with her my discomfort is almost all gone and my body feels more structurally sound than it ever has. I love how she incorporates both exercise and bodywork into each session. I think it has been the key to success. Lynne is kind, compassionate, caring and funny and I (and my body) have felt so much relief since working with her."
